Q. Can I add an event without a Trumba license?

A. Yes you can add events without a license by following these instructions:

  1. Navigate to and click on Submit an Event.
  2. Under Event Calendars and Event Sub-Calendars, select which calendar(s) you wish your event to appear.
  3. Finish filling out the event submission form and click Next.
  4. Review the submission and click Submit.
  5. Your submission will send a notification to the Trumba administrators for the calendar(s) who can then review and approve the event.

Q. Is it possible to automatically mix-in academic deadlines to my calendar?

A. Yes, contact with the name of the calendar you want to have academic deadlines displayed.

Q. How many Trumba licenses can our department have?

A. Currently, the university cover the yearly cost of an allotted number of licenses.  Because these licenses are limited and subject to availability, there is a cap of 2 licenses per unit.
