We have some exciting announcements and updates to share.
1. Welcome Abbey Allen: We are thrilled to announce that Abbey Allen has joined our team as a Web Development and Content Support Specialist. Abbey recently graduated from Utah State University and brings a wealth of expertise in Omni CMS. We are confident that her skills will contribute significantly to our projects and initiatives. Please join us in welcoming Abbey!
2. Friendly reminder to submit help requests through ServiceNow: As we continue to streamline our processes, we want to remind everyone to start utilizing our ServiceNow request form (login required) to submit help requests. The form provides a centralized platform, giving you a comprehensive overview of your requests and all associated communications in one place. This allows you to conveniently stay informed about the status and updates of your requests.
3. Name change of content management system: Our current content management system, Omni CMS, will undergo a name change in the coming months. It will be known as Modern Campus CMS. Rest assured, the functionality and features remain the same. This is purely a branding update.
